
Speakers stipend: $500 ($100 is the down payment)
Travel expenses: $100-$500 It includes payment for the airline ticket, or $.35 a mile if driving.
And provisions for an overnight stay, if necessary, at a host home
or hotel.
Cost per Attendee $10 each I need this count (+/- 5) two weeks prior to the seminar.
This allows for up to 5 additions or 5 cancellations. This covers
the costs of the workbook.
